International Winter School on Natural Hazard Attribution Using Past and Present Data
The winter school will take place at IIT Roorkee, India
Between 20-22nd January 2027 we will host a winterschool at Roorkee IIT, that focusses on Natural Hazard Attribution using past and present data.
We have reserved c. 20 places for early-career scientists from South Asia, and an additional 10 places for international attendees. For the international attendees, we also offer a 4-day field trip (23-26th January) that starts in the Ganges plain/alluvial fan and ends in the high Himalayas. We will arrange transfer by train from the Himalayas to Lucknow for all participants.
The registration fee for the winterschool and fieldtrip combined is €500.
