Dear scientists,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 8th meeting on the Quaternary Symposium of Turkey (TURQUA) which will be held on 2-5 May 2018 at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Istanbul, Turkey. Our aim is to bring Quaternary scientists all around the world to discuss the latest developments in Quaternary sciences, to organize workshops for young researchers and to propose invited talks in order to exchange ideas on first hand. 



TURQUA meetings were first held at TUBITAK-MAM in 1988 as workshops. Later, ITU hosted TURQUA meetings in 1993, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and finally in 2016. After two years, we would like to invite you now to participate to the 8th TURQUA in Istanbul where the continents meet. We hope to see you all in Istanbul.
