INQUA-SEQS Meeting
Quaternary stratigraphy and Quaternary maps as a base to understand the environment of mankind.
The INQUA-SEQS Meeting 2025 is scheduled to take place from 16–21 September 2025 in Vienna, Austria, in cooperation with SQS and IQUAME. The event will examine the role of Quaternary stratigraphy and mapping in providing a basis for understanding the environmental context of human evolution and activity.
The meeting is organized by a scientific committee, chaired by Adele Bertini (SQS) and Kristine Asch (IQUAME), with contributions from SEQS Board members Pierluigi Pieruccini, Eva Mencin Gale, Guzel Danukalova, and Markus Fiebig.
The venue is set to be BOKU University (Ilse Wallentin Haus, SR 29, 1190 Vienna, Austria). Further details regarding the program, registration, and hotel accommodations are available in the first circular below.
